I work in the Needham, MA area.

I have clients in Needham, Dover, Newton, Wellesley, and Natick.

What do services cost?

Costs vary depending upon the time, distance and services to be provided. You will find that I am very competitively priced in my service area. When I go longer distances the costs increase, but many find that it is worth the cost.

Will you spend some time playing with my cat during a visit?

Yes! I will play with your cat and also look for anything that seems unusual such as a wrong smell, damage, soiling, and will respond as needed. My view is that a cat needs daily attention and care.

I have ten cats, will you give me a “group rate”?

Yes! I will quote a price based upon the time and attention needed for your cats. Obviously, a large group will require more time than one or two cats, so my fee will reflect the necessary time for cleaning, feeding, and playtime.

What if I must travel on short notice, can you be available at odd hours and short notice?

For existing clients where we have already met and agreed on services, there is generally no problem. For a new client, you will find that I am very responsive and will work very hard to respond to the situation.

Will you give meds, clean up accidents, and in an emergency take my pet to the vet?

Yes, I will give pills and clean accidents. I don't administer fluids or injections. For emergencies, I always get your Vet contact information during our meeting to arrange services. I will simply charge an added fee for time and other costs associated with emergency care, with your approval. You can rest assured that your pet will be cared for.

Will you board my pet?

No, we don’t offer boarding services at this time. I have found that pets seem more comfortable and are less stressed if they stay in their home environment.

Will you care for horses, exotics, etc.?

Discuss your situation with me and I will determine if I can be of assistance.

I am worried about the winter weather. Can you visit my pets if there is a snow storm?

I have an all wheel drive vehicle and have been able to get to my client's homes during the winter. It is a good idea to give a neighbor an extra key in case of emergency.

In the rush to leave for vacation I forgot to pick up extra supplies. Can you buy supplies if needed?

Yes. I buy supplies if needed. There will be a fee for the items, extra time and travel

What is your cancellation policy?

Currently there are no fees for cancelling with notice prior to start of scheduled services. Full payment is expected for any visits made when no cancellation notification is given.
